This Agreement defines points relating to the members defined in the statutes of the International Universal Menu Association (hereinafter the “Association”). Members who wish to temporarily terminate their membership due to an overseas transfer, medical treatment or other reasons may do so in accordance with established temporary termination procedures. Member services provided by the association are not available during the period during which membership ends. The membership qualification will begin at the end of the defined procedure and after being informed by the association that your dues have been received. There are members who have been exempted from paying the monthly dues. Members may be disqualified from membership for the following reasons: the association may amend these agreements without notice to the members only if the Board of Directors deems it objective and reasonable.
