45C. (1) Pursuant to Article 45B(a) apply the relevant principles set out in this Agreement; and 45B.1. A confederation, whether the Confederation was closed before or after the beginning of this Section, shall not apply to the extent that it confers rights or benefits on a first person or a person related to a first person or imposes obligations or obligations where the federal State has the effect of substantially reducing competition in a market, on the basis of which the first person or any person related to the first person provides, acquires or acquires goods or services, or would be likely to provide or acquire goods or services for the covenant. Australia`s competition policy dates back to 1906, when the first Federal Restrictive Practices Act was passed.
