I am writing this letter asking you to terminate our lease signed on Friday, July 5, 2019 on the 2510 Wood Duck Drive property, Beaver, Ohio with a rental term of 3 years. For more control over your property and the duration of the rental, you may wish to exclude these rights or agree on new rights.
